Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for all camping packages at Camp George Everest.
Cancellation Policy

Date Change / Rescheduling
- Date changes are allowed free of charge if requested 48+ hours before the original arrival date, subject to availability.
- Date changes within 24-48 hours of arrival may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
- Rescheduled bookings are valid for 3 months from the original booking date.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If Camp George Everest cancels or postpones a trip due to extreme weather, heavy rainfall, landslides, or unsafe trail conditions, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to any available date at no extra cost.
Cancellation by Camp George Everest
- In rare cases, we may cancel a booking due to safety concerns, government restrictions, or insufficient group size for a scheduled departure.
- In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.
- We will notify you as early as possible in case of any such cancellation.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approved cancellation.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
- For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details to our team.
Partial Usage
- No refund is provided for unused portions of the package (e.g., if you leave early or skip activities).
- If you arrive late and miss certain activities, no partial refund will be offered, though we will try to accommodate you in remaining activities.
Group Bookings
- For group bookings (10+ people), cancellation terms may be customized. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Reduction in group size within 48 hours of arrival: refund for reduced members follows the standard cancellation policy above.
